Some sites have paid emails you can utilize too, to boost your income, as well as a referral incentive. You will be required to fill out a simple screening questionnaire that will ask for your demographics and your basic information.  Often they inquire as to your marital status, your income bracket, and a few other details such as your age and gender. 

These questions are not meant to make you feel like your personal information is being taken but rather, they are trying to get a sampling of a specific group or range to tally the total overall results of their questionnaire.
